Ten life lost at Niger College of Education Bomb Blast today

At least 10 people were killed today after a female suicide bomber blew herself up at the Federal College of Education Kontagora in Niger state today November 12th.One of the students of the school, Mary Okafor who spoke with AFP, said they were all at the library reading for their semester examinations when they heard the bomb go off

 

"We saw bodies on the ground between the library and the female hostel. Among the bodies were two dismembered women who we believe were the bombers. At least 10 students were killed and several others injured. They have all been moved to the general hospital. We have all been asked to vacate the school. The authorities in the town have asked all schools to close." she saidSee a pic from the scene today.
