Did Jay Z really get upset because Tourist didn’t know who he is? Watch!

First they accused Kim K of forgetting North West in a Paris hotel, now Jay Z is being accused of getting upset a man didn’t know who he is!

So here is what happened. Jay Z, Blue Ivy and Beyonce were strolling around in Paris, close to the famous Louvre – a very busy tourist spot.

A tourist with a video camera was asked to stop filming by the Carter’s bodyguard and the tourist innocently asked “Who is He?” (referring to Jay Z). Jay Z then cheekily looked at the tourist and asked “Who are you?“

Quite funny!…So there you have it.
